Last of the mods to the mighty 150!
These are the final mods I am performing to the Doom 150
Just shy of replacing the entire motor, to date I have performed the following: Gutted the exhaust- installed a 32mm pump carburator- installed a 140 jet in the carb- installed a K&N filter and sock- installed 9 gram sliders- installed an MRP vented high performance variator- MRP vented clutch bell- Dr. Pulley HIT clutch- 1500lb torque spring- MRP high performance Camshaft- NGK Iridium plug- High performance ignition coil- High performance CDI box- High performance MRP variator fan- CVT vent snorkel- 30mm billet intake manifold- blaster shocks in the rear- Arctic Cat ZR800 shocks with 150 lb springs in the front and some minor odds and ends! The CVT
Shown below are teh proper tools to use when working on the internal components of the CVT (Continously Variable Transmission). The 1/2" impact gun, a 16mm socket adn an 18mm socket remove the variator fan and clutch bell... Pictured are the new components, MRP variator fan and MRP clutch bell with the HIT clutch hidden underneath already installed.

Installing a brand new high performance camshaft can be pretty technical, but with the right tools, some mechanical know-how, and some time, you can accomplish it!!!
